Exchange Policy:
Studio Ralana does not accept returns - only exchanges, within 14 days of delivery.
If you'd like to exchange your item for something of higher value, the price difference will need to be paid at the time of exchange.
Defective items: If a piece arrives defective, please email us at info@studioralana.com with details of the issue. A replacement or exchange will then be processed at the discretion of the Studio Ralana customer service team.
Exchange requirements: Items being sent back for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please send your item to our return address in New York using a trackable shipping method.
Processing & Shipping Times:
Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order. You'll receive an email within 2–7 business days letting you know your order is on its way.
In stock: if your piece is available in your size, we generally ship within 2-7 days of the order being placed.
Made to order: if your piece isn't currently in stock, please note that each piece is handmade - allow 4–6 weeks for your piece to be made and shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout for all international orders.
We do not take responsibility for packages once they've shipped. For any concerns about a package's location or condition in transit, please contact the courier directly.
